the magic happens when there is a gentle and fluid giving and receiving between the horse and the human.
Whether it’s through bodywork, horsemanship, or rehabilitation,
The threads that weave my work
together are connection and reciprocity.
And my joy comes from helping people and horses get In Connection.
Many of us have walled ourselves off from those around us - life’s journey, and our journey with horses, is about closing those gaps of perceived separation from one another and within ourselves. It’s about becoming whole. It’s where healing, joy, and magic begin.

Tina’s ability to tune into a horse’s needs is nothing short of amazing. She has worked on my three very diverse horses – an elderly mare; a fearful, middle-aged mare; and a young, busy gelding. As she found and carefully worked on areas that were tense and tight, you could see each horse physically release and relax. After their treatment they all napped – something the fearful mare rarely does. Tina’s experience with and study of horses is apparent in the thoughtful way she is able to treat each horse. My horses and I highly recommend her.

Mental or physical tension can result in fear, unhealthy movement patterns, and unwanted or dangerous behavior, blocking true connection and fluid, beautiful movement.
Groundwork and riding should feel good to both horse and human.

These may sound like vastly different offerings, but to me, they are all part of a bigger picture you are painting with your horse. They are obviously different in terms of what we are doing in a given moment, but the goal is always the same:
...reflects a way of being that cultivates deep and harmonious internal awareness of ourselves (of our inner wisdom) and of our relationship with all of nature.
It’s where I begin each and every time I start to work with a horse - with myself.
When I am in connection with myself, I can facilitate that awareness in others. We all have little walled-off parts of us that we can’t feel or access - our body’s and mind’s way of protecting us. Horses are no different.
I am excited to work with anyone who is eager to learn and grow, no matter where you are on your journey. As a lifelong learner myself, I admire curiosity and openness in others.
I want to work with people who want to be moved by the horse, whose soul is longing for the journey they are calling us to.
I want to work with people whose focus is not only on what we can teach the horse, but what the horse has to teach us.
I want to work with people who have a holistic view of the horse, of themselves, and of what each needs to be happy and healthy individually and together.
